We will let you know when signing opens, so you can sign the purchase contract; the deposit is deducted from the price when you sign.

Can I reserve before I have a mortgage?
Yes. The reservation is a refundable deposit of €10,000 that does not commit you to buy; you arrange the finance later, with the contract in front of you.
What does the price include?
The apartment, with its terrace. The 10% VAT is charged separately, and we will set it out in figures before you sign anything.
When will it be handed over?
Handover is expected at the end of 2029; that date is approximate and not yet confirmed. The final date is set once the build has its licence and its programme, and we will put it in writing to you as soon as there is one.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Yes, at any time and at no cost: we return the deposit to you in full. The commitment to buy comes with the purchase contract, which is signed later.

We do not offer a firm handover date and we take no payments on account: the reservation deposit is fully refundable and is not a payment on account of the price.
Floor areas and prices
The usable and built floor areas we publish are those of the Andalusian Decreto 218/2005, which counts outdoor spaces at 50%, capped at 10% of the enclosed usable floor area. Prices exclude 10% VAT and include the parking space assigned to the home where it has one. They are the prices in force on the day you consult them and may be revised; the price stated in the reservation form is the one that applies.
