Behind Madis Realty is a family: several generations in the same trade, on the same coast. That is where our knowledge of the place comes from, of its towns and its market, and where the values of the firm come from too: professionalism, loyalty and reliability.
The properties are ours: the land, held as the firm's own assets; the new build, developed on land of our own; the homes and commercial units to let, by the season and for the long term. So the price and the terms are set by the same firm that looks after you, and the person who sells or lets to you is the owner.
Things done properly take time, and what carries our name is given that time. The decisions about what is ours are ours to make, and that lets good judgement come before haste. That is how a firm works when it puts its name and its assets into every property.
