Madis Realty, S.L. is the developer and the owner of the land and the properties it offers through this website. It does not act as an intermediary or as an agent for third parties.

This legal notice governs access to and use of madisrealty.com and all of its sections, including the development pages, the contact form and the client and supplier login areas.

Access to the website is free and requires no prior registration. The private areas are the exception: Madis Realty issues your login details, there is no open sign-up, and those details are personal and non-transferable.

Browsing this website means accepting this legal notice as published at the time. Madis Realty may amend it whenever a change in the law, in the website itself or in the services offered calls for it; the date of the current version appears at the top of this page.

You undertake to use this website lawfully, in good faith and in line with this legal notice, and not to use it for purposes that harm the rights of Madis Realty or of third parties.

Calls are not recorded.
