The drawings are taken from a design that is already well advanced; the detailed design and the municipal building licence may bring changes of detail. Floor areas and finishes remain subject to both.
Reservation and handover
We do not offer a firm handover date and we take no payments on account: the reservation deposit is fully refundable and is not a payment on account of the price.
Floor areas and prices
The usable and built floor areas we publish are those of the Andalusian Decreto 218/2005, which counts outdoor spaces at 50%, capped at 10% of the enclosed usable floor area. Prices exclude 10% VAT and include the parking space assigned to the home where it has one. They are the prices in force on the day you consult them and may be revised; the price stated in the reservation form is the one that applies.
